C Vijayakumar (CVK or Vijay) is the President & Chief Executive Officer of HCL Technologies, a USD 7 billion global IT services company.

Anil Chanana is the Chief Financial Officer at HCL Technologies.
He is a finance professional with over three decades of experience spanning the entire gamut of finance with additional responsibility of overseeing Global Procurement, Campus Infrastructure development and Legal & Compliance function. During his tenure with HCL, he has held several leadership positions looking after strategic initiatives, financial planning, treasury, insurance, global taxation, investor relations, business finance, contracting, legal and compliances.
Anil was part of the core strategic group when HCL decided to venture into IT Services business in 1999. He played a key part in forging joint ventures with global corporations including Deluxe Corporation, Perot Systems Corporation, Deutsche Bank, and British Telecom. These partnerships and strategic initiatives like Engineering and Infrastructure services have been the platform for the company’s growth as a diversified services company with USD 7 billion in annual revenues.
He has been a strong proponent of Corporate Governance Practices and works closely with the Board. It is this passion which has led to HCL Technologies being awarded the ‘National Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance in 2012’. On the personal front, he has been conferred with India's most prestigious awards for the ‘Best Performing CFO in the IT & ITES Sector-2012’ by the CNBC-TV18 CFO Awards 2012-13 and prestigious ICAI Award 2015 under the CA CFO- Information Technology Sector category

GH Rao is President of Engineering and R&D Services (ERS) at HCL Technologies. ERS provides services to product engineering companies dealing with Aerospace, Automotive, Medical devices, Consumer Hi-tech and Telecom from all over the globe.
GH joined HCL as an R&D engineer in 1980. During this time, he was part of the R&D team that developed hardware subsystems for a range of micro/mini computers. He was also the chief architect of multi-processor systems that employed contemporary architectures for a range of high-end minicomputers launched by HCL Technologies during the late 1980s. In the early 90’s, when HCL and Hewlett Packard formed a joint venture (HCL-HP), GH was responsible for leading the technology adaptation programs, and the engineering teams.
He later took charge of building business lines around core engineering services like system and VLSI design services in the early days of HCL. GH has added several services -including embedded systems - and also repositioned the ERS group to align with industry verticals since 1996. He is also responsible for transforming and expanding the scope of services through comprehensive engineering services.

Rahul Singh is President of HCL Technologies’ Financial Services Division offering IT, Infrastructure and BPO services to HCL's global clients across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. He is responsible for leading this business, developing client relationships and investing in strategic initiatives which meet the next generation technology and operations needs of financial services and technology clients.
Backed with 30 years of rich experience across industry segments such as Outsourcing, Technology, Banking and Financial Services, Rahul is credited as the pioneer in the Financial Services—Business Process Outsourcing in India.
Rahul started his career with Citibank in 1986 and over the years, occupied various positions in business and technology. In 1998, he founded Citigroup Global Services (aka eServe International)—India’s first financial services BPO organization. As the CEO and Managing Director of the firm, he grew eServe to a 15,000-member organization with multiple service lines.
Rahul is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA (Finance) graduate from Mumbai University, India. He has also completed a Senior Executive Program from the London Business School, UK.
Ajit is President – Applications & SI Services Delivery at HCL Technologies. He drives service delivery capability for large strategic clients, as well as the delivery organization to industrialize and enhance delivery process maturity. He handles delivery of Custom Application Services across all industry verticals, Enterprise Transformation Services (across verticals) and Enterprise Application Services teams.
Prior to HCL Technologies, Ajit was with Accenture for over 25 years, working in consulting and technology. He has extensive experience in leading distributed and diverse service delivery teams across India and overseas markets. He has successfully led and scaled Accenture's delivery capabilities in India, Philippines and China. Additionally, he was responsible for selling technology offerings in the Natural Resources Industries to large clients across Asia.
Ajit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering specializing in Computer Science and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Karan is the Senior Corporate Vice President - Consumer and Commercial Services, Americas, at HCL Technologies. He is responsible for the strategy, execution and business results across applications management services, systems integration, digital design and process transformation. He has been leading businesses across major industries, such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecom, Hi-tech & Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, Retail & CPG, and Oil, Gas & Utilities.
Prior to HCL Technologies Karan's entrepreneurial flair helped found IT&T in 1990, starting up its subsidiaries, and taking it public in the year 2000. Under his leadership, IT&T was amongst India's top 250 wealth creators. In 2003, iGate Corp., a NASDAQ listed IT Services company, bought an arm of IT&T's business. Karan joined iGate as their EVP to manage and lead their global Infrastructure Services and BPO/Contact Center business.

Anand Birje is Corporate Vice President, and Head of the Digital and Analytics practice. He is responsible for HCL’s Digital and Analytics business growth and services strategy globally, including the Digital Consulting practice, Digital Applications & Platforms services and Business Analytics services.
Until recently, Anand was responsible for global corporate development, strategic partnerships and strategy for next-generation services. During this time, he helped shape HCL’s organic and inorganic strategies for ITO and Digital services. He was also responsible for key acquisitions and investments in the US and Europe, and helped incubate the Digital Consulting practice.
Anand was a founding team member of HCL’s Infrastructure Services Division in North America since 2003 and a key contributor in growing this practice from $50 mn to over $2.5 bn within 10 years. Anand has over 20 years of industry experience across IT Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud and IOT. Prior to joining HCL, Anand was a founding member of Atesto Technologies (acquired by Infovista), one of the earliest SaaS companies in Silicon Valley that provided infrastructure and application monitoring tools-as-a-service. He started his career with Emerson Electric Company in their industrial process automation and plant integration platform businesses.

Anoop is the Corporate Vice President - Business Services.
Anoop leads initiatives that strengthen the cycle, building new propositions to client acquisition to service delivery, anchoring the Business Services line of business offering services to global customers across industry verticals with a strong focus on domain based next generation services powered by functional expertise, integrated global delivery and client centric business models. The team has helped many Fortune 500 companies simplify processes and create tangible business value.
Anchoring the CIO function, he has led HCL Technologies’ cloud adoption strategy, optimizing running costs while significantly increasing the function’s service delivery capability. He has been instrumental in transforming the Sales organization and enabled productivity improvements.
He has played several crucial global roles over his 25 year journey at HCL Technologies. He led the firm’s acquisition of AXON, one of the largest acquisitions in the Indian IT industry.
Anoop has a degree in Physics and Law and is based out of Cupertino, California.
Anup heads the delivery organization responsible for the ERS-ECH (Enterprise and Consumer Hitech), Hardware & VLSI customers spread across the various verticals such as Telecom & Networking, Consumer Electronics, Storage and Servers, Semiconductor, and Office Equipment.
Anup is currently the Governance Council Member, Delivery Transformation Board Member and CMMI Steering Committee Member of the Engineering and R&D Services line of business for HCL Technologies.
Between 2006 to 2013, Anup was a board member of the NECHCLST Limited, a joint venture company of NEC and HCL Technologies Limited, and he was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of NECHCLST Limited. NECHCLST Limited was the first joint venture company in India in the product engineering space, between a Japanese major and an India IT company and was focused on providing hardware and software development services in high technology areas such as security, high performance computing, telecom, storage area for NEC and NEC’s customers.
Anup started his career in HCL in the Research and Development department in the year 1981 directly after completing his Master Degree from India’s premium engineering college, IIT Mumbai. For the first 15 years of his carrier with HCL, he has been responsible for the development of variety of computing products sold by HCL in the Indian market including the famous brands such as System II & IV, Work Horse I & II, Busy Bee, Horizon, Magnum, Meteor, Infiniti and Beanstalk. These products include low end, low cost, entry level products such as desktop computers and home computers to high-end, multiprocessor systems targeted for workstation and server market. For the last 20 years, he has been heading R&D services delivery organization, with customers spread across the globe in various industry segments. Although, his current focus is on ECH business which is predominantly focused on Telecom and Consumer Electronics domain, he has experience of managing all industry verticals of ERS.
Anup has driven the expansion of the ERS business in Japan, making HCL ERS the number 1 Engineering Services Provider from India in Japan. He is currently focused on building HCL’s global delivery foot print and near shore delivery capability by incubating and nurturing Global Delivery Centers in US, Europe, Mexico, Malaysia, China etc. Anup is an M Tech from IIT Bombay.
Apparao is Corporate Vice President - Financial Services Delivery. He has in-depth experience in handling Integrated Service delivery (Applications + Infrastructure + BPO) and managing Large Offshore Turnkey Projects and Teams. His expertise also lies in Product Development and Application Support, Maintenance & Development methodologies. He has deep domain experience in BFSI, Government and Education sectors. Apparao has contributed to many large deals wins over the years and has been instrumental in building scale to existing relationships.
Apparao is a lead innovator of the patented and highly successful Alt Application Support and Maintenance (Alt ASM) framework at HCL. He was instrumental in seeding the idea for ASSeT™, an integrated, end-to-end transition methodology framework that covers the entire transition lifecycle. He is also the lead innovator for Development Automation Framework (DAF) across HCL.
Apparao has been with HCL for more than 15 years in various capacities. He has handled some of the largest BFSI accounts for HCL Technologies, and have delivered very large complex SI projects with third party products coupled with multiple technologies and rollouts. Apparao holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Arun Pai is Corporate Vice President - Commercial Industries, Americas, at HCL Technologies. Arun’s charter is to grow the Commercial Industries Portfolio which includes diverse industry verticals such as High Tech, Automotive, Industrial & General Manufacturing, Process & Chemical, Aerospace & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Travel, Transportation and Logistics.
Arun manages key customer relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and drives new business development across industry verticals.
Prior to this role at HCL Technologies, Arun was Executive Vice President for the High Tech & Manufacturing vertical at HCL and under his leadership the vertical saw market leading growth and augmented the HCL manufacturing brand within his portfolio. He created market dominating traction through a combination of domain based solutions, GTM models and frameworks across the manufacturing value chain encompassing SCM, Aftermarket, Predictive Analytics, MRO and PLM.
He has over 25 years of experience in IT spanning strategic and transformational work for his industry customers, thereby delivering tangible business value in areas including Total Outsourcing, Application Managed services, Product Engineering, Business Process Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services. He’s driven business in various markets like Taiwan, Europe, India and North America.

Ashish Kumar Gupta is Corporate Vice President - ITO and Infrastructure Services Sales EMEA, at HCL Technologies. Under his leadership HCL has grown to become one of the more recognized ITO Services Providers in Europe growing the business at a CAGR of >70% over the last 7 years.
In HCL his career has been focussed on starting new businesses propositions and making these successful across India, US and since 2004 in Europe and Middle East and Africa. Amongst the biggest of them was the conceptualization and execution of Remote Infrastructure Management Services that eventually lead to the formation of a large Indian Infrastructure Outsourcing industry and HCL achieving a dominant leadership position in that industry due to Ashish’s pioneering efforts. This Industry is today estimated by McKinsey-NASSCOM to be a $30bn opportunity by 2020 for the Indian IT Industry alone.
Ashish is widely respected as one of the more disruptive voices in the IT Outsourcing and Cloud space. He has spoken at many prestigious Industry platforms and continues to drive thought leadership for HCL and the ITO industry at large.

With over 22 years of diverse industry experience, Jagadeshwar Gattu (Jags) heads Infrastructure Service Delivery across multiple industry verticals in North America. Jags started his career at HCL in 2003.
He is part of core team that forayed into the then unchartered Global Remote Management space. He is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementation and strongly believes in driving vision into reality.
Over the years Jags has held various leadership positions at HCL and his expertise is not only limited to Service Delivery, Transition, Transformation & Leadership Development but also delivering operational standardization through DRYiCE Autonomics & Orchestration framework & Workforce Transformation.

Jonathan is Corporate Vice President - Enterprise SI Delivery function across all applications technologies globally.
He serves as the EAS representative to HCL Technologies’ Executive Committee.
Since the AXON acquisition, Jonathan has been responsible for increasing the Global Delivery Center mix in the overall revenue portfolio to increase the margin profile of the business and remain competitive. He also runs a series of initiatives to evolve and improve the delivery model on large transformation projects – including sponsoring the creation of a set of GDC led factory service propositions and sponsoring HCL's SI COE.
Prior to this assignment, Jonathan headed AXON’s delivery operations globally as COO and has personally led some of our major profitable engagements before taking up business leadership positions. Prior to joining HCL Technologies, he was a Manager at Accenture and spent 7 years working in the retail banking industry.

Maninder is Corporate Vice President - CyberSecurity Services at HCL Technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, having played various roles in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Service Delivery & Program Management.
He has been associated with HCL for over 21 years and has played various leadership roles including setting up End User Computing practice, Shared Services, European GDC footprint and leading service delivery for EMEA and APAC.
Prior to joining HCL, Maninder worked with two leading IT companies. He started his career with DCM Data Products in 1990 and then worked with Fujitsu ICIM providing mid-range server computing solutions.
Maninder is a Graduate in Physics from Delhi University and PG Diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU. In his spare time Maninder enjoys music, traveling, reading and movies.
Sukamal Banerjee is Corporate Vice President - ERS Sales (Hi Tech & Comm) and Head - IoT WoRKS, at HCL Technologies. This involves defining market strategy, P&L responsibility and leading business development teams to drive new business growth. In addition, he leads HCL ERS’ global strategy and investments around emerging technology transformations along with Product Management and Service Line Unit development for world-wide markets.He also has additional responsibility as Business Unit Head for “IoT WoRKS” - HCL Technologies’ Internet of Things (IoT) business unit. This includes the charter for extending HCL’s thought leadership in IoT, creating market space, positioning and managing overall BU growth strategy, P&L and customer satisfaction across all vertical markets globally.
In a career spanning two decades, he has been instrumental in establishing HCL’s market leadership in the engineering outsourcing business and in creating some of HCL’s Top 5 accounts and large scale partnership agreements. Sukamal, started his career as a Software Engineer developing algorithms and software products across several aspects of object modeling and manufacturing outcome optimizations. He also spends significant time in reading about new developments in field of human psychology, understanding of how the brain works and its impact on the function of people, teams and the enterprise.

Vijay is Corporate Vice President - ERS PTS & SDES at HCL Technologies. He heads the Software and Digital Engineering delivery of ERS, and is also responsible for all of the product testing delivery in ERS. With over 27 years of experience, he is implementing strategies to accelerate HCL’s Mode 2 and 3 business initiatives and building leadership capabilities in ERS. With his technology cognizance and fine business sense, he is responsible for driving growth in ISV, Online, Telecom Service Provider, IoT and Digital Engineering areas. He also promotes initiatives like diversity and inclusion programs in HCL.
Vijay has provided leadership to the incubation of the Mode 3 strategy implementations and its growth. As part of the organization’s development, he led the effort to start-up new locations for HCL in Hyderabad, Redmond and Pune. He has headed several organization-wide initiatives like Business Process Reengineering (BPR), including the Value Creation, Rewards and Recognition, Integrated Service Delivery and Multi Service Delivery ways of working.
He joined HCL in 1989, starting in Research & Development building products, to incubating HCL Technologies in the services business and was responsible for building system software capabilities of the organization.

Vikram is Chief Technologist and Corporate Vice President at HCL Technologies. In addition to delivering technology and process enabled transformation for key clients, he is chartered with scaling incubated propositions in mobility, analytics and customer experience management. He heads both the sales and delivery of his portfolio of services and solutions. He leads a qualified team to collaborate with verticals and other HCL lines of business to provide joint propositions.
In addition to his current role, he is also responsible for the creation of an integrated Business Intelligence and Analytics business unit, which will incorporate BI capabilities currently residing in services lines or industries. He is also responsible for developing specific practices in the areas of mobility, social media and IT strategy, and for those capabilities that currently reside in either EAS or the industry verticals.
Based out of Silicon Valley, he was the founder and CEO of Aalayance Inc. (in Middleware and SOA) which was acquired by HCL. Before starting Aalayance in November 1999, Vikram was the founder and CEO of another Silicon Valley startup, Wyatt River Software, specializing in security and enterprise rights management. It was acquired by a NASDAQ listed public company. His products were sold to NSA, the U.S. Federal Government and a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. Heading Aalayance, Vikram worked with TIBCO to lay the core IT infrastructure for Reliance Infocom, helping them launch Telco services in India and delivering IT services at premium pricing in India.
Vikram holds a Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (B Tech) from IIT Chennai, a Masters’ degree (M Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Mumbai, and a partial Doctorate from the University of California.
Arthur Filip is Executive Vice President of Sales Transformation. His role is to oversee customer relationships, sales excellence & operations and initiate transformational activities. He works with leaders and teams across HCL Technologies to prioritize customer and market point of view to aid the transformation journey. He joined the firm in January 2016 as a member of the Office of the CEO.

Darren Oberst is Executive Vice President - Product & Platforms, with business responsibility for inorganic strategy, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and carve-outs for HCL Technologies. As part of these responsibilities, Darren and his team manage the firm’s business relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and other senior board-level strategic advisors across the world.Prior to joining HCL Technologies in 2014, Darren was a Vice President at IBM, serving in a diverse set of sales, strategy, business development and general manager roles across software, IT services, and BPO. Darren had the unique distinction of leading billion-dollar portfolios in both software and services at different times in his IBM career, and launched and ran businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, with international postings in India, China, and Spain.

Kalyan Kumar B. (KK) is the CTO-IT Services, of HCL Technologies. KK leads ‘Global Product and Technology Organization’ and is the leader of DRYiCE Business Unit, a unified autonomics and orchestration platform business, which is the core foundation of the 21st Century Enterprise. Additionally, he oversees the cloud services business unit across all service lines within HCL.
In his current role, KK is responsible for defining product & technology strategies, developing new offerings & solutions, and managing practice & service-line lifecycles across ‘next generation IT & operations’, ‘cloud & autonomics/service orchestration, and ‘leveraged platform-centric delivery for DRYiCE’, and ‘leveraged cloud services’.
KK is responsible for creating key frameworks such as ‘DRYiCE Autonomics & Orchestration Framework’. Also, he has conceptualized HCL’s XaaS-based DRYiCE platform that incorporates holistic automation capabilities across Integrated Technology & Operations Automation, Cloud & DevOps Automation, Robotic Process Automation, which leverages Artificial Intelligence & Robotics across all disciplines, including Machine Learning, Neuro-Linguistic Processing (NLP), Cognitive Conversations, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Cognitive Process Automation, Unified Orchestration and Choreography integrated via XaaS Service Exchange. He has been instrumental in developing many IPs for HCL in these domains. KK is also credited with building MTaaS Service, which has a multi-million turnover today and has emerged as a proprietary benchmark for HCL’s Global IT Infrastructure Services Delivery. His team is the pioneers of MyCloudSM Platform for Cloud Service Management & ElasticOps, which is a global breakthrough in the Utility Computing and Hybrid Agile Ops Model space. He has been recognized across the global IT services industry for his thought leadership in the IT Management and Cloud Computing space.
In addition, KK runs the Exploration and Incubator Group responsible for incubating new services, platforms and IPs for the IT services business. He has been an active core member of HCL’s Digital and IoT Strategy Taskforce.
KK continues to be an ambassador and mentor for the next-generation leaders within the company and is member of HCL’s ‘Talent Council’ focused on encouraging and empowering young talent. Matt Preschern is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of HCL Technologies. Matt leads all marketing functions including global business, strategic marketing, sales enablement and corporate communications to drive demand, growth and value for HCL Technologies brand.
He has over two decades of leadership experience in marketing and strategic business development. Before joining HCL, he was Senior Vice President and Enterprise Chief Marketing Officer at Windstream where he led overall brand management, demand generation and digital content marketing. He was also responsible for product and solution marketing, pricing, channel and field marketing, public relations and industry analyst relations.
In addition to this, Matt has held several leadership positions at IBM including, Vice President of Marketing for North America Business Consulting Services, where he repositioned the organization for growth. He also played a key role in IBM’s Global ‘Smarter Planet’ campaign.
A global citizen, Matt was born and educated in Austria and has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Swapan Johri is Executive Vice President & Head – APAC Business, at HCL Technologies. He is a key member of HCL’s leadership team holding executive responsibility of the APAC region and the strategic partnership between CSC and HCL. He has an engineering degree from IIT Kanpur, one of world’s leading engineering institutions and started his career with HCL in 1986 as a Management Trainee. He has held diverse portfolios in Account Management, Service Delivery and Strategic Business Initiatives. Swapan joined HCL’s ISD Division to pioneer E Security services in India. He has since been an integral part of building HCL’s various Global Service Lines with a personal focus on innovative and transformational IT services in several domains such as Integrated Technology Operations, Data Center Builds, Consolidation & Migrations and Application Modernisation.
