With a career spanning over 30 years, Rangarajan carries a rich experience of driving business and leading various functions.
Rangarajan has been a part of the HCL Enterprise for over three decades. His association has immensely contributed to the overall growth of the brand and has helped various businesses scale new heights. In his previous role, Rangarajan was the Head of Global Operations for BPO Services where he was responsible for transforming HCL’s Next Gen BPO from a traditional BPO services business to a provider of holistic next generation business and technical services to marquee Fortune 500 customers across the globe.
Kannika Sagar is the Chief People Officer, HCL Infosystems. She leads the People Strategy and its execution as the company builds further momentum on its Transformation pillars. In this capacity, Kannika is responsible for development and deployment of Corporate HR strategy, bringing world class people practices to drive effective leadership capability & skill development, performance management and career enrichment in HCL Infosystems.
Having started her career 21 years ago with HCL Infosystems as a Senior Management Trainee, Kannika is an acclaimed HR professional with over two decades of experience in Human Resources encompassing both internal business partnership and consulting roles across diverse industries such as Information Technology, FMCG, Consulting and Manufacturing.
Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, Kannika was working with Aon Hewitt as their ‘Head - Human Resources’ for the India consulting business. She was also the ‘Talent Lead’ for Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa consulting.
Kannika has done her PG Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. Kannika has an active interest in sports and was part of the Judo and basketball teams during her academic years.
Bimal Das is the Joint President for Distribution business and is responsible for expanding the enterprise partner base, take niche enterprise products to market and grow the cloud distribution portfolio by partnering with leading Cloud Service Providers. Bimal is spearheading the business to become India’s leading value added distributor and plays a pivotal role in forming new alliances, building new channel and partner eco systems, which is a key part of HCL Infosystem’s growth strategy as new partnerships also garner warranty and break-fix services that enables growth in the services business.
Bimal is a versatile professional who has over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in building and managing businesses. Prior to HCL, Bimal was the Managing Director of PT. Ingram Micro, Indonesia and has also held key positions within the same organization. Bimal's key achievements among many include building strong teams including leadership teams to build businesses, setting up the Indonesian operation of Ingram Micro and making it successful. Bimal has also worked for Tulip India Limited, Hindustan Lever Limited and Usha Rectifier Corporation Limited. Bimal's diverse experience across industries further strengthens HCL’s distribution.
Bimal is an MBA from FMS Delhi and holds a Masters degree in Physics from Ravenshaw College, Orissa. Bimal is a sports enthusiast & a travel buff. He also plays club cricket & badminton.
Sutikshan Naithani is the Joint President – Consumer Distribution Business of HCL Infosystems Ltd. In his current role, Sutikshan is responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership of HCL Infosystems’ Distribution business and leads the company’s efforts towards becoming a dominant value added distribution partner in India.
He has over 25 years of rich experience in various business functions such as business strategy, sales and marketing, product planning & management and operations. He had worked in various industries including Telecom, Consumer Durables and FMCG. Earlier, Sutikshan had also played a pivotal role in single handedly creating and driving the Nokia distribution business for HCL from 1995 till 2003. Before re-joining HCL in January 2013, he was running his own entrepreneurial venture. Prior to this, he was associated with Samsung Electronics as a Country head for their Mobile Phone division, where he was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing Samsung as a premium aspirational brand in India. He has also worked with leading brands like BPL Sanyo and Dabur, where he began his career in 1989.
He is a graduate in commerce from University of Delhi and holds a master’s degree in Advertising & Public Relations.
