C Vijayakumar (CVK or Vijay) is the President & Chief Executive Officer of HCL Technologies, a US$ 8.2 billion global technology company.

Prateek Aggarwal is the Chief Financial Officer at HCL Technologies. He is a business-focused finance professional with over 27 years of experience, driving strategic initiatives (both organic and inorganic), financial planning and analysis, business finance and contracting, controllership, investor relations, treasury, insurance, global taxation, and legal and compliance. He also has experience in operations, having managed factories and distribution chains, apart from setting up and running shared services.
After his stint from 2005-2008, Prateek re-joined HCL Technologies in 2012 and has held several leadership roles over the past six years. In the past couple of years, Prateek has played a pivotal role in shaping HCL’s Mode 3 strategy and scaling our Products & Platforms business, as well as leading M&A pursuits from financial and legal angles. Earlier, he was leading strategic financial initiatives from the CEO’s office, crafting win-win organic and inorganic deals, strategic and annual plans, and leading several other operational and financial initiatives to improve growth and profitability.
During his first tenure with HCL, as the Head of Finance for the Software business, Prateek created several firsts for HCL, including a financial planning and analysis team, a ‘project profitability’ mechanism to measure profitability down to the project level, setting up and running employee HR services, etc.
Prateek is a graduate in commerce from SRCC, Delhi, and holds an MBA degree from IIM, Calcutta. He has also completed an M&A course from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His past experience includes working with organizations like Hindustan Unilever and GECIS/Genpact, among others.
Prateek is married and has a daughter and a son. He enjoys reading, adventure sports, and traveling with family during vacations.
GH Rao is President of Engineering and R&D Services (ERS) at HCL Technologies. ERS provides services to product engineering companies dealing with Aerospace, Automotive, Medical devices, Consumer Hi-tech and Telecom from all over the globe.
GH joined HCL as an R&D engineer in 1980. During this time, he was part of the R&D team that developed hardware subsystems for a range of micro/mini computers. He was also the chief architect of multi-processor systems that employed contemporary architectures for a range of high-end minicomputers launched by HCL Technologies during the late 1980s. In the early 90’s, when HCL and Hewlett Packard formed a joint venture (HCL-HP), GH was responsible for leading the technology adaptation programs, and the engineering teams.
He later took charge of building business lines around core engineering services like system and VLSI design services in the early days of HCL. GH has added several services -including embedded systems - and also repositioned the ERS group to align with industry verticals since 1996. He is also responsible for transforming and expanding the scope of services through comprehensive engineering services.

Rahul Singh is President of HCL Technologies’ Financial Services Division offering IT, Infrastructure and BPO services to HCL's global clients across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. He is responsible for leading this business, developing client relationships and investing in strategic initiatives which meet the next generation technology and operations needs of financial services and technology clients.
Backed with 30 years of rich experience across industry segments such as Outsourcing, Technology, Banking and Financial Services, Rahul is credited as the pioneer in the Financial Services—Business Process Outsourcing in India.
Rahul started his career with Citibank in 1986 and over the years, occupied various positions in business and technology. In 1998, he founded Citigroup Global Services (aka eServe International)—India’s first financial services BPO organization. As the CEO and Managing Director of the firm, he grew eServe to a 15,000-member organization with multiple service lines.
Rahul is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA (Finance) graduate from Mumbai University, India. He has also completed a Senior Executive Program from the London Business School, UK.
Ajit is President – Applications & SI Services Delivery at HCL Technologies. He drives service delivery capability for large strategic clients, as well as the delivery organization to industrialize and enhance delivery process maturity. He handles delivery of Custom Application Services across all industry verticals, Enterprise Transformation Services (across verticals) and Enterprise Application Services teams.
Prior to HCL Technologies, Ajit was with Accenture for over 25 years, working in consulting and technology. He has extensive experience in leading distributed and diverse service delivery teams across India and overseas markets. He has successfully led and scaled Accenture's delivery capabilities in India, Philippines and China. Additionally, he was responsible for selling technology offerings in the Natural Resources Industries to large clients across Asia.
Ajit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering specializing in Computer Science and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Anand Birje is Corporate Vice President and Head of the Digital & Analytics practice at HCL. He drives the global growth of the organization’s Digital & Analytics business covering the Digital Consulting (Experience Design & Process Consulting), Digital Applications & Platforms services, and Business Analytics services.
Previously, he was responsible for global corporate development, strategic partnerships, and strategies for next-generation services, ITO, and digital services. He played a key role in HCL’s acquisitions and investments across the US and Europe, establishing a strong foundation for the Digital Consulting and UX Design practices. He continues to drive HCL’s partnerships within the Silicon Valley ecosystem of leading technology firms, start-ups, and venture funds. He is a member of the governance team of HCL’s investment in the Valley-based Morado Venture Fund, an early-stage investor in enterprise technology start-ups.
Earlier, as a founding team member of HCL’s Infrastructure Services Division in North America, he contributed to the growth of the business from $50mn to over $2.5bn within a decade. Before joining HCL Technologies, Anand was a founding member of Atesto Technologies (a SaaS tools provider of application monitoring tools, acquired by Infovista) and held various positions in Emerson Electric Company’s MES and Process Control divisions.
Anand works with Columbia Business School and UC Irvine in forums developing industry-level strategies around digital execution and ecosystems. He is a regular attendee at the World Economic Forum, Davos, and is routinely associated with its Industry 4.0 and digital workforce groups and programs.

Anil Ganjoo is the Corporate VP and Head of Telecom, Media & Entertainment (TME) practice at HCL America, Inc., and is responsible for driving next-generation growth into these businesses. His focus is on creating market momentum and leadership through innovative solutions and disruptive market development as well as building strategic world-class customer relationships and an industry-specific partner ecosystem.
Anil has vast experience in conceptualizing, building, managing, growing, and turning around large businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He spearheads the business strategy arising from industry convergence, digital intersection, and other discontinuities while proactively identifying opportunities to enable growth. As a proponent of leadership, through applied innovation, transformation, and market recognition, his investment initiatives in customer and industry-specific solutions, as well as collaboration with industry analysts and advisors, have driven significant results for HCL.

Anoop is the Corporate Vice President - Business Services.
Anoop leads initiatives that strengthen the cycle, building new propositions to client acquisition to service delivery, anchoring the Business Services line of business offering services to global customers across industry verticals with a strong focus on domain based next generation services powered by functional expertise, integrated global delivery and client centric business models. The team has helped many Fortune 500 companies simplify processes and create tangible business value.
Anchoring the CIO function, he has led HCL Technologies’ cloud adoption strategy, optimizing running costs while significantly increasing the function’s service delivery capability. He has been instrumental in transforming the Sales organization and enabled productivity improvements.
He has played several crucial global roles over his 25 year journey at HCL Technologies. He led the firm’s acquisition of AXON, one of the largest acquisitions in the Indian IT industry.
Anoop has a degree in Physics and Law and is based out of Cupertino, California.
Anup heads the delivery organization responsible for the ERS-ECH (Enterprise and Consumer Hitech), Hardware & VLSI customers spread across the various verticals such as Telecom & Networking, Consumer Electronics, Storage and Servers, Semiconductor, and Office Equipment.
Anup is currently the Governance Council Member, Delivery Transformation Board Member and CMMI Steering Committee Member of the Engineering and R&D Services line of business for HCL Technologies.
Between 2006 to 2013, Anup was a board member of the NECHCLST Limited, a joint venture company of NEC and HCL Technologies Limited, and he was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of NECHCLST Limited. NECHCLST Limited was the first joint venture company in India in the product engineering space, between a Japanese major and an India IT company and was focused on providing hardware and software development services in high technology areas such as security, high performance computing, telecom, storage area for NEC and NEC’s customers.
Anup started his career in HCL in the Research and Development department in the year 1981 directly after completing his Master Degree from India’s premium engineering college, IIT Mumbai. For the first 15 years of his carrier with HCL, he has been responsible for the development of variety of computing products sold by HCL in the Indian market including the famous brands such as System II & IV, Work Horse I & II, Busy Bee, Horizon, Magnum, Meteor, Infiniti and Beanstalk. These products include low end, low cost, entry level products such as desktop computers and home computers to high-end, multiprocessor systems targeted for workstation and server market. For the last 20 years, he has been heading R&D services delivery organization, with customers spread across the globe in various industry segments. Although, his current focus is on ECH business which is predominantly focused on Telecom and Consumer Electronics domain, he has experience of managing all industry verticals of ERS.
Anup has driven the expansion of the ERS business in Japan, making HCL ERS the number 1 Engineering Services Provider from India in Japan. He is currently focused on building HCL’s global delivery foot print and near shore delivery capability by incubating and nurturing Global Delivery Centers in US, Europe, Mexico, Malaysia, China etc. Anup is an M Tech from IIT Bombay.
Apparao VV is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at HCL Technologies, a role in which he leads a global organization responsible for engaging, developing and transforming the company’s workforce into a competitive differentiator. His team of HR experts is re-imagining leadership and talent practices to create a workplace aligned to the needs of the digital age.
Apparao is an HCL veteran, having joined the company in 2002. Before taking over his current role, he was a Corporate Vice President in Financial Services business.
Apparao has three decades of overall industry experience covering various domains like talent management, client relationship management, industrialized delivery and strategic partnerships. Arun Pai is Corporate Vice President and Global Head, Enterprise Packages, at HCL Technologies. Arun’s charter is to grow the Commercial Industries Portfolio which includes diverse industry verticals such as High Tech, Automotive, Industrial & General Manufacturing, Process & Chemical, Aerospace & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Travel, Transportation and Logistics.
Arun manages key customer relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and drives new business development across industry verticals.
Prior to this role at HCL Technologies, Arun was Executive Vice President for the High Tech & Manufacturing vertical at HCL and under his leadership the vertical saw market leading growth and augmented the HCL manufacturing brand within his portfolio. He created market dominating traction through a combination of domain based solutions, GTM models and frameworks across the manufacturing value chain encompassing SCM, Aftermarket, Predictive Analytics, MRO and PLM.
He has over 25 years of experience in IT spanning strategic and transformational work for his industry customers, thereby delivering tangible business value in areas including Total Outsourcing, Application Managed services, Product Engineering, Business Process Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services. He’s driven business in various markets like Taiwan, Europe, India and North America.

Ashish Kumar Gupta is Corporate Vice President, Head EMEA (Diversified Industries), at HCL Technologies. Under his leadership HCL has grown to become one of the more recognized ITO Services Providers in Europe growing the business at a CAGR of >70% over the last 7 years.
In HCL his career has been focused on starting new businesses propositions and making these successful across India, US and since 2004 in Europe and Middle East and Africa. Amongst the biggest of them was the conceptualization and execution of Remote Infrastructure Management Services that eventually led to the formation of a large Indian Infrastructure Outsourcing industry and HCL achieving a dominant leadership position in that industry due to Ashish’s pioneering efforts. This Industry is today estimated by McKinsey-NASSCOM to be a $30bn opportunity by 2020 for the Indian IT Industry alone.
Ashish is widely respected as one of the more disruptive voices in the IT Outsourcing and Cloud space. He has spoken at many prestigious Industry platforms and continues to drive thought leadership for HCL and the ITO industry at large.

Darren Oberst is Corporate Vice President - Product & Platforms, with business responsibility for inorganic strategy, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and carve-outs for HCL Technologies. As part of these responsibilities, Darren and his team manage the firm’s business relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and other senior board-level strategic advisors across the world.Prior to joining HCL Technologies in 2014, Darren was a Vice President at IBM, serving in a diverse set of sales, strategy, business development and general manager roles across software, IT services, and BPO. Darren had the unique distinction of leading billion-dollar portfolios in both software and services at different times in his IBM career, and launched and ran businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, with international postings in India, China, and Spain.

With over 22 years of diverse industry experience, Jagadeshwar Gattu (Jags) heads Infrastructure Service Delivery across multiple industry verticals in North America. Jags started his career at HCL in 2003.
He is part of core team that forayed into the then unchartered Global Remote Management space. He is a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementation and strongly believes in driving vision into reality.
Over the years Jags has held various leadership positions at HCL and his expertise is not only limited to Service Delivery, Transition, Transformation & Leadership Development but also delivering operational standardization through DRYiCE Autonomics & Orchestration framework & Workforce Transformation.

Kalyan Kumar B (KK, as he is known) is the Corporate Vice President and Global CTO of HCL Technologies and the company’s Business Line Leader for Global Cloud Native Services and DRYiCE products and platforms. He also leads the Service Line for Global Infrastructure Services. As a part of his CTO portfolio, he is actively involved in Product and Technology Strategy, Partner Ecosystem, Start-up Exploration, and Incubation, and supports the inorganic initiatives of the company. Maninder is Corporate Vice President - CyberSecurity Services at HCL Technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, having played various roles in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Service Delivery & Program Management.
He has been associated with HCL for over 21 years and has played various leadership roles including setting up End User Computing practice, Shared Services, European GDC footprint and leading service delivery for EMEA and APAC.
Prior to joining HCL, Maninder worked with two leading IT companies. He started his career with DCM Data Products in 1990 and then worked with Fujitsu ICIM providing mid-range server computing solutions.
Maninder is a Graduate in Physics from Delhi University and PG Diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU. In his spare time Maninder enjoys music, traveling, reading and movies.
Rajeev is Corporate Vice President — Infrastructure Delivery, EMEA and APAC, at HCL Technologies. With a vast experience of over 25 years, he has spearheaded Sales, Business Development, Practice, and Global Delivery, and has managed various complex, large-scale transformation programs. Rajeev leads a large globally diverse team.
Currently, Rajeev is responsible for developing stronger alliances with HCL’s customers -- creating a delivery organization focused on specialized requirements, particularly around technology, regulatory and risk compliance, process centricity, and DRYiCE Autonomics.
Rajeev began his career with HCL in December 1995 and has been instrumental in HCL’s Infrastructure growth journey. In 2004, he was appointed Head of India Networking Business. The role primarily focused on OEM relationship management, large networking sales opportunities, technical design, and implementation services. In October 2005, he was promoted to be a part of the Infra Global Delivery organization in the UK. Between September 2007 and September 2009, he was the Head of Service Delivery for APAC. From 2013 to 2016, he remained Global Head of Infra Services for the financial services vertical.
Rajeev is a management graduate from IIM Bangalore, a leading business school in India. He lives in London and is an avid reader with interest in economic and technology trends. He enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
Sukamal Banerjee is Corporate Vice President - ERS Sales (Hi Tech & Comm) and Head - IoT WoRKSTM, at HCL Technologies. This involves defining market strategy, P&L responsibility and leading business development teams to drive new business growth. In addition, he leads HCL ERS’ global strategy and investments around emerging technology transformations along with Product Management and Service Line Unit development for world-wide markets.He also has additional responsibility as Business Unit Head for “IoT WoRKSTM” - HCL Technologies’ Internet of Things (IoT) business unit. This includes the charter for extending HCL’s thought leadership in IoT, creating market space, positioning and managing overall BU growth strategy, P&L and customer satisfaction across all vertical markets globally.
In a career spanning two decades, he has been instrumental in establishing HCL’s market leadership in the engineering outsourcing business and in creating some of HCL’s Top 5 accounts and large scale partnership agreements. He has been responsible for many of the first of its kind relationships with customers covering unique business models, entry into new geographic markets, entry into new vertical market segments and also pioneering wins of new service lines.
Sukamal, started his career as a Software Engineer developing algorithms and software products across several aspects of object modeling and manufacturing outcome optimizations. He continues this passion on tracking and analyzing the future of technology, emerging trends and its impact on Enterprises. He also spends significant time in reading about new developments in field of human psychology, understanding of how the brain works and its impact on the function of people, teams and the enterprise.

Swapan Johri is Corporate Vice President & Head – APAC Business, at HCL Technologies. He is a key member of HCL’s leadership team holding executive responsibility of the APAC region and the strategic partnership between CSC and HCL. He has an engineering degree from IIT Kanpur, one of world’s leading engineering institutions and started his career with HCL in 1986 as a Management Trainee. He has held diverse portfolios in Account Management, Service Delivery and Strategic Business Initiatives. Swapan joined HCL’s ISD Division to pioneer E Security services in India. Vijay heads the Hitech and Communication (HnC) Delivery within the Engineering and Research & Development Services (ERS) division of HCL, where he oversees global delivery.
He is a passionate, Go-to-Market leader with over 29 years of global experience in the Products and Platforms Engineering business, Digital and IoT solutions, and service delivery across multiple industry segments of independent software vendors, E-commerce, Telecom and Networking, Media and Entertainment, OEM, and Retail and Manufacturing.
With his technology cognizance and acute business intellect, Vijay has been implementing strategies to accelerate the Mode 2 and 3 business initiatives and building leadership capabilities in ERS. Vijay has provided leadership for the incubation of Mode 3 and its growth in HCL. He has headed several organization-wide initiatives like Business Process Reengineering (BPR), including value creation, rewards and recognition, integrated service delivery, and multiservice delivery. He also spearheads initiatives like diversity and inclusion programs in HCL.
Prior to the current role, Vijay headed the incubation and building of a global business in the Media and Entertainment, and Retail verticals in HCL. He started his journey with HCL in 1989 from research and development — starting from building products to incubating HCL in the services business. He is responsible for building the system software capabilities of the organization.
Vijay has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a Computer Science degree from BITS Pilani.
Arthur Filip is Executive Vice President of Sales Transformation & Marketing. His role is to oversee customer relationships, sales excellence & operations and initiate transformational activities. He also leads all marketing functions including global business, strategic marketing, sales enablement and corporate communications to drive demand, growth and value for the HCL Technologies brand. He works with leaders and teams across HCL Technologies to prioritize customer and market point of view to aid the transformation journey. He joined the firm in January 2016 as a member of the Office of the CEO.
Arthur is focused on delivering consultative value to our clients as a trusted advisor and deliver next generation solutions and services, including new Cloud models, unified digital experience, advanced analytics, IoT and security.
Previously, Arthur was with Microsoft where he led worldwide sales and GTM strategy for the Services Division. He has spent 25 years in business and technology services, specializing in uniting people, process, and business outcomes with enabling technologies and disruptive models to achieve success. He has led global units, industry verticals and horizontal lines of business across consulting, sales, global solution development, operations, and delivery.
